Marigold Community Learning currently supports children from 3 - 12 years of age

Admissions Process

We kindly ask all parents to follow our Admissions Process below.

Please note that we are not able to accommodate visitors to the school outside our planned weekly School Tours - thank you for your understanding.

  1. Submit the Expression of Interest Form from this page.

  2. Receive an email regarding enrollment availability and answers to any other questions you may have. You will also receive an invitation to attend a School Tour.

  3. Attend a School Tour, held every Wednesday at 11am. Please note that tours take place when school is in session. Please check the Academic Calendar or confirm with the Admissions Team.

  4. We will then send you the New Family Questionnaire via email for completion.

  5. Next, you will be invited for a Parent Orientation Q&A with the school administration (parents only).

  6. Your child will then be invited for a trial at Marigold Community Learning in the classroom.

Please note:

  • Completing the application process steps above does not mean automatic acceptance to the school. 

  • Marigold Community Learning takes significant time and consideration to get to know each family through the application process.

  • We typically have a number of applications that are under review and selection is based on a various criteria, including space within the intended classroom and our ability to support all children in our learning environment.

  • Siblings of current students and returning students will take priority. 

  • Minimum commitment for new families is 6 months and we typically onboard new students in August and January. Occasionally there are exceptions to this rule, however they are handled on a case by case basis.
